We pride ourselves on a superior design workflow methodology that fast tracks complex designs and facilitates multiple project stakeholders. By creating ‘virtual twins’ of our interior spaces, we can eliminate the continuous circular nature of large design projects and ensure buildability and commercials are kept in check.
We particularly enjoy supporting architects to deliver their concepts or developed designs with a strong technical services team that assists with shop drawings, space planning, code compliance, and automated BOQ schedules.
Custom Joinery
The more complex the joinery design, the more suited it is to our Studio. We love blending finishes from timbers, metal works, upholstery to integrated lighting.
Having our own in-house design team means we know how hotel furniture should be designed and built. This enables us to better communicate with factories and QA factory shop drawings and QC sampling that ultimately delivers more for less.
Today’s supply markets are challenging and complex. Therefore, they demand a hybrid model of both imported and domestic joinery.
Procurement
Our Team has been procuring and manufacturing Hotel FF&E, including bespoke furniture since 2005.
FF&E Procurement is surprising complex with many moving parts. Successful execution of procurement contracts demand both extensive experience and a tried and tested global supply chain. Deep product knowledge and understanding of the inherent risks of each product type only from watching how FF&E performs over many years.
The commercial realities of Hotel FF&E contracts demand more from value management. This is something we achieve without comprising design integrity, nor quality. Quality assurance is inherent in our systems and processes, as is the development of sustainable materials.
